Medical Training: All our agents receive training and follow a maintenance of skills of a basic CPR AED and general first aid training. This training allows them to intervene quickly, but especially effectively during medical situations.
Fire prevention: Our agents will perform preventive rounds, as well as the inspection of all devices against fire these can issue recommendations for preventions. Moreover in these rounds the agents 1 time per week will carry out the turning over of the extinguishers in order to ensure their full operation in case of need. Our agents follow continuous training programs, these programs have theoretical and practical exams. In the event of a failure on the part of the agent, he/she could be removed and assigned to another site while he/she gets up to speed and meets the minimum requirements.
